About your order: for my readings, your order will arrive through your email account through mine (retrogradepsychic0@gmail.com) and nowhere else. Make sure to check your spam!
I also will NEVER send you any links save for Youtube links. Photo/video attachments will be provided depending on your reading, but beware of scammers.
About my one-hour wait readings: my hours are in between 6-11 pm EST. If you order at an off time, you’ll have to wait until the designated hours. Sometimes a reading doesn’t take exactly an hour, but it should be done in between the hours of 6-11 pm EST.
About late readings: my regular readings can take 12-72 hours to be completed (within my work hours, so it might take slightly longer than that). Should it take any longer than a week, you’ll be issued a refund.
About refunds for readings: I do not provide refunds on completed readings. If a reading is delayed significantly or has not arrived yet, a refund will be provided should you ask for one. However, I provide one free re-do if you find that the reading was entirely off.
About inaccurate readings: not every reading for you will always resonate. That argument can be made for any reader. That said, I provide free re-dos if you find that the reading was entirely off.
About refunds for spell work: I do not provide refunds for spells. Spells also don’t follow my typical work hours.
About late spells: Because spells are listed as digital files and I can’t change the quantity, I might occasionally get swept up in orders. If you don’t get your reading in over a week, please reach out to me.
About spells that don’t work: I do not believe spell work changes a person’s free will. I believe spells are like little nudges/pokes. For example, if you want to reconcile with your ex and they want nothing to do with you, the spell I do won’t magically change things. If they do miss you, still have unresolved feelings, the spell will give them a little nudge. For example, you might be on their mind more than usual, and that causes the urge to reach out.
